Experience of the members of the Tomsk Regional Branch of the Russian Engineering Union, Tomsk State University and JSC “Manotom” in implementing a complex scientific and technical program for the full cycle of innovation “Russian software and hardware complexes”
In recent years, Russia has been actively developing its technological and industrial capabilities in various sectors. As part of this effort, the Tomsk Regional Branch of the Russian Engineering Union, in collaboration with Tomsk State University and JSC “Manotom”, has been working towards implementing a comprehensive scientific and technical program (STP) for the full cycle of innovation, known as “Russian software and hardware complexes”.
The main goal of this STP is to create a self-sufficient ecosystem for the development and production of high-tech software and hardware in Russia. By combining the expertise and resources of the different institutions involved, this program aims to provide a strong foundation for the growth of the domestic technology sector.
One of the key players in this initiative is Tomsk State University, a leading educational and research institution in the region. The university has a strong tradition of producing highly skilled engineers and scientists, and has been actively involved in various projects related to innovation and technology development. As part of the STP, the university is bringing its vast scientific and technical expertise to the table, providing valuable support and guidance in various stages of the program.
Another important contributor to the STP is JSC “Manotom”, a company specializing in the production of cutting-edge software and hardware solutions. With its state-of-the-art facilities and experienced team of engineers and developers, the company is an important partner in the development and production of innovative products under the STP. JSC “Manotom” also provides valuable insights into the market demand and emerging trends, helping the program to stay relevant and competitive.
The collaboration between the Tomsk Regional Branch of the Russian Engineering Union, Tomsk State University and JSC “Manotom” has already borne fruit in the form of several successful projects. One notable example is the development of a high-speed communication system for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). This system, developed under the STP, has been successfully tested and is now being used in various industries, including agriculture and emergency services.
Another project under the STP is the creation of a satellite communication system for remote areas in Russia. This system, developed in collaboration with JSC “Manotom”, Tomsk State University and other partners, has the potential to provide reliable and high-speed internet access in areas that were previously inaccessible. This will not only improve the quality of life for the local population, but also open up new opportunities for businesses and industries in these regions.
Moreover, the STP has also led to the establishment of a number of innovative startups in the Tomsk region. These startups, with the support and guidance of the participating institutions, are developing products and services in various fields, including artificial intelligence, robotics, and biotechnology. This is a testament to the success of the STP in creating an environment that fosters innovation and entrepreneurship.
Overall, the experience of the members of the Tomsk Regional Branch of the Russian Engineering Union, Tomsk State University and JSC “Manotom” in implementing the STP for the full cycle of innovation has been highly successful. Through their joint efforts, they have made significant contributions to the development of the domestic technology sector and have laid a strong foundation for future growth and advancements. It is a truly inspiring example of how collaboration and cooperation can lead to great achievements in the field of science and technology.
